Our people
Jade Recruitment is led by director Florence Farley. She has three main goals for Jade:
- to be recognised as the No. 1 choice for recruitment in the Mole Valley area
- to develop the service already supplied to clients and candidates, enhancing satisfaction
- to continue to offer real Value for Money for clients, developing services without increasing rates
With a strong industry background in marketing, facilities management and recruitment, Florence saw the opportunity to run her own agency as giving her the potential to offer clients the service that she had so often looked for in an agency.
Living and working in and around Dorking for the past 22 years, she knows the local area as well as most.
Personally, she values honesty and integrity - which is why these values are reflected so strongly in the service that Jade provides. Her personal and professional reputation depends on it.
