Salary – up to £28,000 pa

Hours 40 hours per week

Our client based in Dorking who are a global manufacturer are looking for Brake Press Operator  to join their enthusiastic team. You must have previous experience.

Duties: – Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications

Select and install appropriate tooling for each job

Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules

Perform basic mathematical calculations to determine bend angles and dimensions

Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy

Make adjustments to machine settings as needed

Use hand tools to assemble or disassemble parts as required

Experience: – Previous experience operating press brake machines is preferred but not required

Familiarity with basic mathematical calculations for measuring and bending metal

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work orders

Proficiency in using hand tools for assembly and disassembly
