Customer Services Team Lead
Location: Alton, Hampshire (office based)
Salary: £30 – 34K DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week, permanent full-time.
About the Role
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Services Team Lead to join their UK operations based in Alton, Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with strong leadership skills to take ownership of customer service delivery and order processing functions.
You will play a key role in managing all customer touchpoints across the UK business, ensuring a high standard of service while leading and developing a small, dedicated team.
