Production Operative

 Working within the Mixing Room, pre-production line.

Location: Dorking, Surrey

Salary: £12 – £12.50 per hour

Hours: 40 hour week – Monday to Friday

Temp to Perm – Immediate Start

Main Responsibilities:

• Picking, weighing, and blending chemicals in accordance with written instructions and documented procedures
• Cleaning down of blending vessels and mixing room to prevent cross contamination.
• Completing liquid batch documentation including calculating component reconciliation and liquid yield
• Daily scales calibration check
• In-process checks
• Maintaining accurate chemical batch records and documentation
• Participating in production team and health and safety meetings
• Participating in quality audits
• Liaising with Quality team regarding SOPs, chemical testing/passing and finished liquid testing/passing as required.
• Providing cover on other production lines as required
