Permanent Part Time Chef
- Up to £23,400 per annum
- 09:30am – 10pm – Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Our client runs an 18th century cosy pub and restaurant based in Dorking, which has beautiful views over Surrey. They serve traditional food and locally sourced. They are looking for someone to join their motivated kitchen team.
They are looking for a Chef that is able to work quickly and efficiently within the kitchen and help with maintaining ideas for seasonal menus.
- Flexible to work in any section of the kitchen.
- Have a passion for cooking and possess the desire to deliver exceptional service.
- Follow the law in respect of food hygiene, health and safety.
- Everything is made from scratch on the premises, using local and seasonal produce, and their menus change monthly to reflect this.
- Assist in preparation and delivery of all dishes are up to the standard of the Head Chef
- Receipt & storage of all provisions, fresh & frozen, in accordance with current food hygiene regulations including stock rotation and storage
- Ensuring all food is labelled clearly & correctly
The Chef we are looking for will need to be
- Able to work well under pressure
- Competent
- Hard Working
Training can be provided so you are confident within the kitchen.
