What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of our team, you’ll take charge of the entire recruitment journey, including:
- Managing the full permanent recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
- Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Advertising roles, searching databases, and headhunting top talent
- Screening, interviewing, and shortlisting high-quality candidates
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate and client experience
- Advising clients on market insights, hiring strategies, and talent trends
- Negotiating offers, salaries, and employment packages
- Maintaining accurate and organised records in our recruitment CRM system
- Achieving individual and team targets while celebrating shared success
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is driven, confident, and passionate about people and business growth:
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development (recruitment experience highly desirable)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- A target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Highly organised with great time management skills
- Comfortable using CRM systems, job boards, and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
- Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team culture
