£35,000 – £38,000 per annum
Working a up to 40 hours / week, that’s 5 over 7 days including evenings and weekends, the position of Junior Sous Chef will receive up to £30k per annum. Live in Accommodation available – £250 per month off salary.
Our Client is actively seeking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef who has worked in an AA Rosette Awarded restaurant and is capable of working alongside the Head Chef with the aim of driving and taking the Restaurant and Kitchen Team to the next level. The Junior Sous Chef will have a passion for producing innovative and excellent quality food which will delight the clientele.
With strong ideas relating to menu development and using the freshest, predominantly local, sourced from local suppliers you will be expected to drive and develop the food offering to be considered locally the very best. In addition, you will: –
