Temporary Chefs Position

Location: Dorking and Surrounding Areas

Salary: £16.55 to £18.00

Hours of Work: Various

Term Time only

Our award-winning client are actively seeking a Temporary Chef to join their team. The successful postholder will need to cook fresh food from scratch, therefore excellent culinary skills are a must. This is a customer facing role, so we are looking for an individual with a passion for giving the best possible lunch experience. You will be working with a team of staff, and you will report to the Chef Manager.

• Be passionate about food with a great eye for detail
• The ability to lead a team
• The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
• Have financial and budget awareness
• The ability to understand and complete daily all relevant food and health and safety compliance books
• Innovative person with a positive outgoing disposition and a can-do approach
• Good communication skills with clear understanding of the English language
