Hours 37.5 Monday-Friday
Salary – Up to £30,000 DOE
Working for a well-established Dorking based manufacturer of industrial equipment who are actively looking to recruit a Warranty Coordinator to join the Company’s administration team.
What the job involves:
Our client is looking for a new member of our Warranty team who will be responsible for recording warranty claims and complaints into SAP, processing agreed warranty credits and raising approved FOC orders.
Duties:
- You will be required to support activity that leads to customer satisfaction in after sales support provision through the processing of warranty claims from world-wide network of customers, distributors and depots.
- Coordinating parts back from world-wide network through to our suppliers for investigation and cost recovery.
- Analyse fault reasons and participate in corrective action programs to eliminate root causes.
- Excellent IT skills are essential together with a knowledge of SAP.
- You must be able to manage your own workload and prioritise to meet the deadlines within the department and with suppliers and customers.
Work Experience:
You must be computer competent, takes pride in their work and can demonstrate a keen attention to detail.
