Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking for their next step up to join their pub restaurant on the outskirts of Guildford.
As Sous Chef you’ll be hands on to ensure the smooth running of our busy kitchen working alongside the Head Chef. You will be cooking and working across all sections, but you’ll also help to create the seasonal fresh food menu using fresh local produce.
The successful Sous Chef will have previous experience, ideally from a pub background
You will be a great people manager willing to train and develop staff
Have high standards of food hygiene and H&S
Be passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and quality ingredients
Have previous knowledge of stock control.
Working 5 out of 7 days.
Salary package up to £30,000 plus great tips, with live-in if needed and fantastic company benefits.
