Our client in Caterham is looking for a Chef De Partie to join their dedicated team at their quaint country pub. You’ll be working with a small but lively team in a picturesque location for a family-run business.
The Chef De Partie will be assisting the Head Chef alongside a Sous Chef and a Kitchen Assistant to prepare traditionally seasonal meals and snacks. So our client is looking for a proactive team player who can get stuck in quickly!
The Chef De Partie will work 5 days out of 7 doing split shifts Monday to Saturday, with the shift times being: 10am-3:15pm then 5:45pm – around 10pm. Sundays will be a full day with no split.
Our client is looking for a Chef De Partie with suitable experience, but a passion for food and willingness to get involved is essential! Plus an understanding of EHO and Health & Safety standards will be crucial when mucking in as part of a busy kitchen.
Salary up to £24,000 per annum
