Our client is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie or a Commis Chef looking for their next step up to join their beautiful village gastropub located near Rickmansworth.
As Chef de Partie you’ll be an essential part of the kitchen team. That means you’ll be cooking and working across all sections preparing and cooking using fresh local produce. To help your development and training you will also have an opportunity to contribute ideas to the changing, seasonal fresh food menu using fresh local ingredients.
The successful Chef de Partie will have solid experience working in a fresh food kitchen with the ability to work their own busy section. You will be able to prepare fresh food dishes have experience helping to experience minimal wastage with high standards of food hygiene.
You will be working a 45 hour week that’s 5 out of 7 days.
This role is paying up to £23,000 p/a plus paid overtime with great tips and benefits
