Our client is a premium hotel in the Surrey Hills is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie pastry chef to join their team.
As the Chef de Partie pastry chef you will be able to confidently work along side the head pastry chef to high standards using fresh produce
The successful pastry chef will:
- Produce cakes and desserts for various events and functions
- Work within a great team producing seasonal products ensuring that food is prepared, produced, displayed and served on time
- You will have a good knowledge of Health and Safety and high standard of food hygiene
If you have proven experience as a pastry chef you will be working 5 out of 7 days.
This role is paying a salary of £23,000 – £24,000 p/a plus fantastic benefits.
