Do you have previous chef de partie – pastry chef experience?

Our client is a premium hotel in the Surrey Hills is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie pastry chef to join their team.

As the Chef de Partie pastry chef you will be able to confidently work along side the head pastry chef to high standards using fresh produce

The successful pastry chef will:

  • Produce cakes and desserts for various events and functions
  • Work within a great team producing seasonal products ensuring that food is prepared, produced, displayed and served on time
  • You will assist the Head Pastry Chef in ensuring that all legislative and Government guidelines are adhered to including The Food Safety Act, Health & Safety at Work Act, COSHH and Fire Regulations; as well as in overseeing and managing the pastry section.

If you have proven experience as a pastry chef you will be working 5 out of 7 days.

This role is paying a salary of £23,000 – £24,000 p/a plus fantastic benefits.
