Job Description

Our client is a Building Services Company specialised in Mechanical and Public Health sectors, carrying out heating, air conditioning, plumbing and domestic services. A member of Gas Safe Register, an approved installer of Daikin, DI Partner Recognition and a Mitsubishi Business Solutions Partner. Since our formation in year 2000 we have learnt to constantly review the changing needs of our clients and the demanding industry we serve. Today, we have established ourselves as a high quality, multi-disciplined company offering a range of mechanical & maintenance services with a current turnover of £20 million.


Our contracts include the installation of a range of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Public Health and BMS Systems, that form part of a fast track fit out in new and refurbished offices.


The Person:

To be considered for this role, previous experience in an Admin based position is a must and evidence of GCSE/A-Level Qualifications.


Experience with Microsoft Office is Essential.



The Role:

·       Maintain project filing system

·       Upload/download documents to Client EDMS

·       Manage comments received and chase site team for responses

·       Work with site team to compile O&M Manuals and associated documents

·       General admin i.e printing, document typing/editing and updating spreadsheets

·       Adhoc marketing duties

·       Provide cover for the reception/admin team if required


Role Type: Full Time, Permanent, Office Based (Located in Cheam)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm

Start Date: Immediate

Salary: Up to £19,000, Dependant on experience
