Working within the financial services sector, our client a fast-growing company who actively provision Secured Loan services to private/business individuals are seeking to expand their professional team and are actively looking to recruit an After-Sales Case Handler.
As the After-Sales Case Handler your primary role will be to contact all Clients who have cancelled existing policies with the objective of resolving any concerns or issues and either reinstating the original policy or finding a more suitable alternative which readily suits the Clients requirement, and importantly keeps the Customer happy.
The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner, and most importantly, will have some recent / current experience provisioning sales within the Insurance sector. You will be a good listener, with a background in product selling via the telephone and will readily work in a Customer focussed, target driven environment. Key attributes for this role are: –
- Experience provisioning sales within the Insurance sector
- The ability to demonstrate an excellent manner
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- An ability to build Strong business relationships
- Excellent Microsoft keyboard skills, particularly with Word & Excel
- An understanding intelligent, professional selling techniques
As part of a Professional Team working in a fun, hardworking environment with a Company who can offer excellent prospects you will work a Monday to Friday 39.5-hour week (Monday 9am to 7pm, Tues to Thursday 9am to 6pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm). As an After-Sales Case Handler you will, STE, be paid between £20k to £25k and provisioned with a real opportunity to progress and develop within the Sales Department
