Based in Aldershot our client a Vehicle Main Dealership are actively seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive who will join their Sales Team and proactively assist with meeting / exceeding set Sales Targets, and in so doing enable the Dealership to maximise its profits.
Seeking Sales Executives with a proven Retail Sales Background, not necessarily within the Motor Trade, you will most importantly be Professional, Smart, Enthusiastic, Confident and Self-Motivated. As a Sales Executive you will have a keen interest in “Motoring” and joys of the “Open Road”.
As the holder of a Clean UK Driving License you will have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and will with enthusiasm be looking to develop and grow your Sales Executive career. Key responsibilities will be to:
- Sell the required target number of vehicles while maximising the profit on each unit sold and working within the dealerships agreed sales processes and methods.
- Ensure that all customers are informed of and shown all available options, extras, accessories, extended warranties and other value-added products.
- Strive to delight customers and work towards achieving the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seek and secure repeat and additional vehicle sales using prospecting, follow-up, referral and other available methods.
- Update the dealership’s records with customer information to ensure that the database is fully and accurately maintained.

Working a Monday to Sunday rotating rota, (Monday to Friday 08:30am to 18:00pm, Saturdays 08:30am to 17:00pm, and Sundays / Bank Holidays 10:00am to 16:00pm), the Sales Executive will earn a basic salary of £12.5k, and with OTE this can readily uplift to £35k per annum.
