Our Client is an award-winning pub near Fleet, offering seasonal menus and daily specials. It is a blend of both modern design and traditional country pub, they boast a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. They are looking for an additional chef to join their passionate kitchen team to help cook to order.
The perfect candidate will have a Chef qualification/experience as well as food hygiene and allergen awareness training. A dedication to producing fresh and healthy meals from the set menu’s and working closely with the rest of the staff team.
· Prepare, cook and plate hot and cold meals by order.
· Keep food wastage to a minimum.
· Maintain high levels of hygiene within the workplace.
· Carrying out the smooth and efficient running of your section.
This role requires someone to work Thursday to Sunday for the 12:00 – 22:00 shift. There is some flexibility in hours and extra shifts can be offered to the right candidate.
Pay will be between £12 - £13 per hour depending on Chef level and experience.
