Our Client is a successful IT recruitment company in Dorking agency placing staff across London and the South East and occasionally further afield, including some international business. As they continue to grow, they are now seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join the team.
Ideally you will have some sales type experience, but this is not essential, however you must possess the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and be organised. The successful Recruitment Resourcer will be a hardworking, confident individual, who will help with established clients, with the potential to move into a Recruitment Consultant position and eventually build your own desk as a trained recruiter. You will learn the business and help with key resourcing functions within a busy IT Recruitment set up.
In-order to succeed you will need to be someone who is motivated and driven. This role is not for someone who wants an easy life, this opportunity will provide the right person with the tools to succeed in business and to build a career in an industry that pays well and opens doors, but your attitude must be positive and ready to thrive - you don't need a degree, but you do need to have a good attitude, strong communication skills and the ability to learn and adapt.
Some recruitment experience is a bonus, but you must have an excellent telephone manner, understand the basics of working with computers and ideally be able to start fairly quickly - the environment is fast paced and requires someone who can deal with changing situations and who thrives on a challenge.
Responsibilities as a Recruitment Resourcer - training will be provided for each point:
- Sourcing new candidates via advert responses, database searches and networking (after training).

- Strong literacy skills and having a good mathematical grounding (you will be involved in comparing salaries and hourly/daily rate calculations).
What's in it for you?
- Chance to be part of a company in a growth phase and grow with them.
- Fun and engaging environment.
- Lots of learning/on the job training.
