Job Description

Our Client, a vehicle dealership based in Worthing, are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator to join their Sales Team. Responsible for dealing with all Sales Team administration tasks, that’s in a professional and efficient manner, your key responsibilities will include: –

  • Carrying out admin duties associated with used vehicle sales and stock control
  • Assisting with the preparations for stock audits
  • Complying with company policies and procedures
  • Providing support to the sales team as required to enable efficient and timely handover of vehicles
  • Creating and maintaining files in accordance with regulations
  • Raising payment requests
  • Generating and updating reports on excel
  • Co-ordinating with the Sales Manager to provide general admin assistance as required

As a Sales Advisor, you will have excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and will have a good eye for accuracy and detail.
In addition, you will: –

  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and CRM database packages
  • Be enthusiastic, friendly, helpful and a confident relationship builder
  • Work under pressure and be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Have good mechanical awareness and understanding of vehicles and car parts
  • Be educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Ideally, thou not essentially have experience of Kerridge systems

Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm. The Service Advisor will STE earn a salary of between £20k to £22k / annum and will after probation be eligible for a comprehensive package of company benefits
