Working within the financial services sector, our client based in Alton, is looking for a Senior Life Sales Executive to join their fast-growing company who actively provision Life Insurance services.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
- Following up customer internet generated enquires with a phone call
- Continually sell the benefits of the company’s products and services
- Providing customers with quotes and arranging policies for them over the phone
- Ensuring all customer records are kept up to date
The Senior Life Sales Executive will be a motivated self-starter who will be part of a new team contacting customers on the company’s database to offer insurance products. So customer service skills as well as a first-rate telephone manner are a must. The successful candidate would have a customer-centric approach that drives them to deliver customer satisfaction.
Our client is looking for a Senior Life Sales Executive who possesses these qualities:
- An experienced exceptional outbound Sales Executive, ideally with significant experience of the insurance/Financial sector
- Confident communication skills
- Outstanding customer service
- A passion for sales and smashing daily, weekly and monthly targets
- At least 2 years’ experience in a telephone sales environment, plus the ability to demonstrate success in a telephone sales role
- Proven ability to work to and achieve targets
The Senior Life Sales Executive will be on a basic salary up to £40,000 per annum with OTE of up to £60,000. Plus our client is offering a wealth of benefits and 23 days holiday as well as Bank Holidays.
