Our client, a lovely family run pub and restaurant just outside of Alton, are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join their friendly kitchen team.
They currently serve an A la Carte menu, as well as a daily carvery. Later this summer they are also opening an exciting new addition in the form of a range of fresh, stone-baked pizzas.
An NVQ qualified chef with experience in pubs/restaurants would be desirable, however they are really looking for the right fit personality-wise as they are a very close knit team.
Hours are currently worked over 5 split shifts per week, although there is an intention to change this to straight shifts in the near future. 2 days off in the week are guaranteed to be together, and generally the same two days.
Salary based on experience ranges from £9 to £12ph, although they are open to negotiation for the right person. A live-in option is also available, should someone from further afield be interested in the role.
