Our client is looking for an experienced Sous Chef or a Chef de Partie looking for their next step up to join their beautiful gastro pub Beaconsfield.
As Sous Chef you’ll be hands on to ensure the smooth running of the busy kitchen. Working alongside the Head Chef you will be cooking and working across all sections preparing and cooking meals using fresh local produce.
The successful Sous Chef will be passionate and knowledgeable about fresh food and quality ingredients in order to help create and develop the seasonal fresh food menu.
As Sous Chef/CDP will have previous experience working within a busy kitchen environment.
You will be rewarded with a salary package of £30,000 plus fantastic tips and benefits.
