We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef for a Hotel in the Surrey Hills to work alongside the Sous and Head Chef.
As the Junior Sous Chef you will have a passion and flare for creating and producing quality fresh food.
The successful chef will:
- Deliver excellent service through quality food
- Have a passion for leading and developing the kitchen team
- Be a hands on chef with excellent communication skills
- Able to create and deliver new menu ideas
- Running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef
This role is full time permanent position working 5 out of 7 days.
Paying £28,000 p/a depending on experience + excellent benefits.
