Are you a hands on chef looking for your next role?

We are looking to recruit a Junior Sous Chef for a Hotel in the Surrey Hills to work alongside the Sous and Head Chef.

As the Junior Sous Chef you will have a passion and flare for creating and producing quality fresh food.

The successful chef will:

  • Deliver excellent service through quality food
  • Have a passion for leading and developing the kitchen team
  • Be a hands on chef with excellent communication skills
  • Able to create and deliver new menu ideas
  • Running the kitchen in the absence of the head chef

This role is full time permanent position working 5 out of 7 days.

Paying £28,000 p/a depending on experience + excellent benefits.
