Job Description

Our client based in Dorking who are a global manufacturer are looking for painters to join their enthusiastic team. You must have experience with powder paint.

Salary – £14.09 per hour

Location – Dorking

Hours 39 per week

Main Duties

  • Responsible for painting and treatment of components that is required for production.
  • Report all dangerous occurrences, accidents and injuries with the relevant parties
  • Raise Production Engineering/Design engineering issue with the relevant parties.
  • Take personal responsibility for maintaining the high standards of process and product quality
  • Assist with chemical testing routines or maintenance tasks as required.
  • Maintain high levels of house-keeping at all times.
  •  Report all faulty or damaged equipment to the Paint shop supervisor/ manager.
  • Support the Company's Quality Management System.
  • Function in a safe manner taking into account personal safety and the safety of others in the work place
  • Operate within the constraints of the Risk Assessments in place for the defined activities.

Willingly carry out any tasks which are deemed reasonable by the Management Team.

Desirable Attributes:

  • The ability to work within a friendly team.
  • A willingness to get involved and take responsibility.
  • Any previous industrial painting experience is a big advantage.
