We are one of Surrey's longest established independent recruitment agency, originally based in Dorking and having launched in 1987. Over those years we have developed a very clear understanding of what successful recruitment means for our candidates and clients, and what it means for us as a privately owned business.
Our approach to recruitment is to put the time in up front to get to know our candidates and clients inside out, so when it comes to placing people in jobs, we can provide a successful match at the first time of asking. And that gives us real satisfaction.
We have expanded to meet the needs of employers in and around Surrey and Hampshire, now serving over 500 organisations with permanent and temporary recruitment. Every client is different, every candidate is different and the challenge of matching them together makes every day different too.
