Location: South of England – Penzance to Stoke-on-Trent to the West and Essex to Portsmouth to the East to include outer London.

Salary: £20000 – Self Employed basis – this is exclusive of fuel and accommodation costs which will be paid for as an addition to be agreed

Hours: Part Time

Our client a property Asset company dealing with Commercial property is looking for a Part-Time Facilities Manager to work 2 days a week to help manage a number of retail and industrial estates.

Requirements of the role will include but not be limited to the following tasks:

• Check site is clean and any hazards are highlighted and resolved in a timely manner
• Ensure Health and Safety legislation is followed for all Landlord services and good advice provided to tenants as needed
• Landscaping maintenance within the scope of the Landscaping Specification
• Inspection reports completed within two weeks of site visit and forwarded for review and filing
• Contract Management including tender and re-tender submissions and negotiations
• Checking condition of site infrastructure systems and ensuring ongoing proactive maintenance
• Excellent property management to maintain equity values
• General maintenance management
• Sound understanding of Soft and Hard Services
• Supporting management in annual budget compilation

The Person:

• Previous experience within a facilities management position
• Flexibility to travel to the different sites
• Experience in reporting and resolving various issues
• Good attention to detail
• Confident and enthusiastic personality
